Yes. Book direct on our website or by phone and if you find a lower public rate for the same room and dates within 24 hours, we will match it and add a welcome drink at Salt and Lime.

Most rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Book Early and Save rates allow free cancellation up to 14 days out. Holiday periods and the Penthouse have a 30-day policy.

Our $38 nightly resort fee covers the airport shuttle, beach loungers and umbrellas, water sports equipment, bikes, fitness classes and Wi-Fi. It is always shown in your total before you book.

We take the first night's rate as a deposit at booking. The balance is charged at check-out.

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Junior Suites and the Penthouse check in from 3 pm. Arrive early and we will store bags and give you pool and beach access straight away.

Covered self-parking is $30 per night with EV chargers, and valet is $45 per night. Many guests skip the car entirely thanks to our free shuttle and bikes.

Dogs under 40 lb are welcome in two of our Frangipani Garden Bungalows for $75 per stay. Service animals are welcome throughout the resort.

Very. We have a zero-entry family pool, Coral Kids Club for ages 4 to 12, Reef Family Suites with bunk rooms and kids under 12 stay free in existing bedding. The lagoon pool is adults-only for a quieter option.

We recommend booking at least a week ahead, especially for weekends and couples cabana treatments. Reserve online, through the concierge or by calling the spa directly.

Yes. Driftwood and Salt and Lime welcome outside guests. Sunset seating at Driftwood books out, so reserve ahead.

Paddleboards, kayaks and snorkel gear are free for guests from 8 am to noon. Guided excursions such as sunset sails and reef snorkels are priced separately.

Our beach has calm, shallow water inside a protective reef line, ideal for wading and paddling. Seasonal seaweed is cleared every morning.

Key West International Airport (EYW) is 10 minutes away. Our complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 8 am to 10 pm.

About 3 hours 30 minutes along the Overseas Highway (US-1), depending on traffic. Leave Miami before 7 am on Fridays to beat the weekend rush.

Not really. Old Town is a 10-minute bike ride away, our shuttle stops at Duval Street and Mallory Square, and the concierge can book cars for day trips.

Most couples book 10 to 14 months ahead, particularly for March to May. Elopements can often be arranged within 6 weeks.

Yes. Florida licenses can be obtained at the Monroe County clerk's office in Key West. Out-of-state couples have no waiting period, and our planner will walk you through it.

Yes. If a named storm forces cancellation, we reschedule your event within 12 months at no extra charge. Our planner shares the full policy with every proposal.
